Best movie.

I have so many feelings about this song. So many weird feelings.

This has become a music blog.

Allow me to spill forth my feelings: I love this song because I love Frollo’s character.  He honestly thinks he is the good guy.  He is following the rules, the laws, the commandments.  He knows he is right.  He could have continued indefinitely in that manner if it weren’t for this.  His lust was his only sin that he was honestly aware of, and it drove him insane.  He knew he should try to get rid of it, but wouldn’t it be nice if it just… happened?  He could not handle it, not after being absolutely assured in his righteousness for so long.  And I am still surprised that Disney tackled something like this.
