This series got me BACK into the Transformers series LIKE WHOA. SERIOUS WHOA.

I had lost ALL FAITH in it with the craptastic movies. Then Transformers walked up to me and said “Hey baby. Baby- baby, no. Listen. Sit here. Here- here drink this soothing cup of camomile tea. I’ll dim the lights and turn on some soothing music, and we’ll sit here and talk. Talk about fixing all those problems you had with those childhood destroying movies. We’ll talk all night, baby. And I’ll listen to every word you say- while I give you a back rub.”

And it was amazing.

Everything I love is in that series. Sleek updated Transformer designs, interesting personalities, plot, and plot twists that didn’t seem like they were written by M. Night Shyamalan.

Not to mention the fandom is amazing here on tumblr. Back in the day I felt like the only one who dug robosexual pairings. Now I can’t look up a single Transformer tag without finding gay fanart, it’s pretty damn amazing.
