I found that really interesting, what Sari really was, and wish that could’ve been explored more. Though admittedly, I haven’t watched all of TFA yet! From what I understand, she’s the first/only hybrid of the two (how did that happen?)DANG, I just, I wish we’d had like TEN SERIES of TF:A. It didn’t get enough time, sob.
Honestly, they never really had time to explain it? IIRC there’s a vague explanation, but even the characters aren’t totally sure, and I feel it was probably a set up for the never-appearing series 4.
All I have is the WMG from TVTropes.org that is steadily becoming headcanon to me, even if it’s cracky—through like some weird Allspark hijinks or what have you, Megatron’s essentially Sari’s other father biologically, if only because he is apparently the only Transformer who would’ve been in close range to Prof. Sumdac/Sari? I dunno, no one’s telling me different, and it sorta makes weird sense to me.
