When watching the episode right after Bulkhead says that, the look on Starscreams face is as if to say “yeah i did that earlier, quick say something like its pathetic” knowning that he’s totally pathetic.
I love how it’s made pretty clear to the audience that Starscream is self-aware enough for this.
