I can’t even describe how much I love Jade Empire. The setting is pretty obviously based on the book Bridge of Birds, by Barry Hughart, which is one of my favorite books of all time. If you’ve never read it, read it! I promise you won’t regret it. It’s beautiful and funny and sad and it’s basically pure happiness in book form.
Ahem. Anyway, this seems to be one of Bioware’s least popular games, and that’s a damn shame.
