And a beta title, and a promise of a mini series of maybe 12 episodes, was all we had to go on? And we didn’t know what her face even looked like? Or when they were going to tell us when the hell they’d tell us when it was going to air?
Look how far we’ve come.
Hell, I remember when we found out via *copyright registration*, and we thought MAYBE we’d get a comic or something. MAYBE.
And then we had a miniseries and a load of jokes about Batman and Gotham and the knowledge it was a woman from the Southern Water Tribe.
And then SDCC, and I stayed up til 5am screaming online about ALL THE NEW INFO, OH MY GOD!!!
Just. In a weird way, the waiting, for me, was as fun as the episode itself has been? I’ve never been a part of that kind of anticipation for a piece of media before; the closest I’ve gotten is ME3 and I wasn’t as involved with that at all. So, as much as I hate Avatar fandom at times: I had so much fun, I’m so glad it’s here, and I’m so glad the people I follow are rad.

Good times, good times.
AND NOW TO SPAZZ OUT OVER ATLOK TOGETHER.
