I have a con girl who is good at her job because she’s completely unremarkable.  She’s one of the characters I was doing the challenge for.

I went back to do her portion, believing I’d forgotten.

I had already filled it out.

Well played, con girl.

Can I see your con girl character challenge portion?

D: Sorry, no.  She’s not a Decepticon — she’s a convict, a character for a novel in the works.  And I am very protective of my original-character babies.

#If she were a fan character I would be more than happy to show you

Oh man, now you’ve remind me of TFP fan characters I’ve been thinking about sharing.  Would you like to hear sometime?

Would I!  Definitely so~.

I’ve gotten too interested in playing around with TFP’s society, castes, sparklings, reproduction, guardianship, growth and backstory ideas, so now I have parent OCs.

First:

Currently, I have Knock Out’s guardian named Harmonix.  She’s medic caste, and even more specifically, gladitorial arena caste medic.  She’s Knock Out’s guardian, but not his biological procreator (biological mother).  The caste system can give sparklings to other members of the same caste for training and care.  Harmonix doesn’t have much choice in taking Knock Out; there’s a line for her signed consent in some forms, though its effectiveness is dubious, Harmonix would not be the first forced to take in a sparkling.  Besides the system, Harmonix’s superior, the dubiously sanctioned crime lord running the arena territory she’s in has a bunch of authority over her, and she can’t exaclty say no to him.  But she eventually grows fond of Knock Out, though she’s disappointed that she could never name him herself, as he’d already had his designation in place before being signed over into her care.  She’s green, alt mode a motorcycle, but relatively legless even in robot form, with a wheel instead in both modes (see Thrust from “Beast Machines” for an exact visual, though Beast Machines itself isn’t the best show).  Knock Out asks why that is, but she never gives a straight answer.  Personality-wise, she’s mostly sweet, polite and charming, whatever she’s feeling.  It’s an ideal mask to gain friends, survive, get what she wants, slip an enemy a virus in their Energon if need be….  Though Knock Out daydreams about being in the racer caste instead, Harmonix is satisified, likes being a medic.

Coming up is the 2nd TFP OC:
